    Exclamation Whey Protein Only Diet

Ive stacked on a few pounds, but my fat % has jumped a few bumps. Now having to flex to show abs i consulted with my friend for advice who suggested a no solid, whey only diet....

Says i will have my protein so wont lose gains, but will lose fat....anyone heard of this??

You need fat in your diet. 100% protein diet will cause protein poisoning. You need complex carbohydrates. Get rid of the whey and EAT food, real food

If you want to go liquid check out the velocity diet. Some peope have had great sucess on this and you can modify it so you don't have to purchase all their supplements.

Dont listen to anything your friend tells you from now on.
Whey is not a substitute for real food, its used as it is fast absorbing after a workout.

Get in the diet section and learn from knowledgeable and reliable people.

    Good luck

I think that real food protein is the best overall, however the whey is a great and fast "Fix" to get protein directly into your body after an intense workout. No one wants to eat much directly after the workout. Keep some fat in your diet, and eat plenty of carbs before the workout along with protein.
