Amino acids and dry-mouth? (L-ornithine alpha ketoglutarate)
Hey,
I've been trying a new amino acid called "L-ornithine alpha ketoglutarate" (also known as "OKG" or "OAKG") at around 40g/day.
Theres a lot of scientific studies that show this supplement, OKG, is an extremely affective amino acid, making for greater natural HG production and development of lean muscle tissue.
Do you guys think this could cause dry mouth side affects?
Also - It also seems to act like a laxative if I take it all at once (which is why I try to spread it out to 20g twice a day).
Do you think if I were to eat some good complex carbs (oatmeal, whole grain bread) when I take the OKG, it would prevent it from acting like a laxative?

Hg? Don't trust studies about supplements. You could spend better your money. But when i can't go to the toilet, i'll take 40 okg.
