I have been reading up on a couple new sups, 6 oxo and activaTE. They seem to be very effective so I ordered them, but I just want to make sure I take the correct amount to get good results.

1. The 6 oxo states I should take 1 cap 3x daily. I have read of people taking more than that and they have also taken them when they get up and when they go to bed. When is the most effective time to be taking this, should I take all at once or spread evenly through out the day?

2. The ActivaTE states i should take 2 caps 2-3 times daily, again what is the best time to take this?

3. I have been taking Foundation of Youth HGH for the past month, a. can I still continue to take that with this stack or should I discontinue the use of it.

4. I also take Liop 6x, more for the caffeine than anything but I want to make sure that taking it isnt going to be to much with the other supplements.

5. Protein/Creatine still ok?

Sorry for all the questions, just want to make sure I use these new supplement to there max while still being as safe as I can. Thanks in adavance
