Protein Shake Recipes
• 1 to 2 scoops of ProEnergy Vanilla Whey Protein Powder.
• 1 1/2 cups of pure water or skim milk.
• 1/4 cup of frozen or fresh strawberries.
• 1/4 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries.
• 1/4 cup of frozen or fresh raspberries.
• Optional: 1 scoop Greenergy.
• Optional: 1/4 cup of *****Energy Mix, or 1 tbsp of *****Energy Oil.
• Add ice for extra thickness.

Uh... Protein and water... Optional: milk
flavor is for the weak...
Typically when I want to mix it up I just go buy a booster juice, or read their menu and mimic the ingrediants at home
