    Question Legit Eph?

    Alright...
    Legit 30mg?
    Is there a way I can tell if they're legit?
    Should I be taking 1, 2x or 3x daily, with 200mg of caffeine?

    The only way is to bring one of those pills in a private lab.
    Anyway, 30 mg each is ok even though usually they are around 25 mg each.
    In any case, the color should be white for ephedrine and silver/brown for sida cordifolia.
    Those are yellow? so... I do not know what to say!

    Thanks for the heads up... The tabs are white with NO hint of yellow; sorry about the crappy image... You're seeing the penny reflect on the tabs...

    Cool then, so I should be good to go then? So, I'd be fine to take 3x daily, at separate times?

    If it is your first time, as I guess, I would reccomend to take 2 pills the first week and see how you respond, so 60 mg breakfast/lunch.
    90 mg the first time is a way too much, IMO.

    What are your stats?

    Ephedrine half life is 3-4hrs, which is why you're recommending, breakfast/lunch?
    From what I understand, I only take these for a maximum of 6 weeks, correct? Because, your body grows immune after so long?

    I do take it at br/lu because otherwise I have problems to fall asleep at night. That is just me, you may not have those problems. The only way to know is to try.

    Regarding the timing, I take it for no more than 4 weeks, from Monday to Friday and Saturday/Sunday off. Again, that is just me but going over 4 weeks is no sense to me.
    Also, start with one pill for a few days and then go up to 60 mg for this first attempt. In case, the next time you may try to reach 90 mg. Remember, ephedrine might be very dangerous if abused.

    Furthermore, by observing your stats a question comes up to my mind.
    Why do you think you need ephedrine? You are already lean with a good bf percentage.

    Sorry for the late response.
    My goal is to get down to 10%bf, possibly 9%bf...
    I feel like I've hit a plateau, and I want to cycle 'eph' to give me a jumpstart to break through.

    I'm going to go ahead and run it for 4 weeks like you've suggested.

    Try with a proper diet to avoid the loss of LBM, even though in only one cycle of 4 weeks you should not have any problems.
