Can you guys help me with a supplement stack? please.. :D
I'm new to this whole thing. So, I'm asking you guys to help me make a stack. I'm looking to build lean mass without a whole lot of weight, but 10 pounds wouldn't hurt. Here are my stats...
Age:29
Height:5'7
Weight:155
Been lifting since I was 11.
So, can anybody help me? I don't care if its powders or pills.

I would say Vitamin Paks, No Explode or Jack3d, And some 100% gold standard whey.
And some creatine monohydrate!

this is kinda of a suggestion/question
i used intrvol and i liked it alot. i was suggested xtend on the froums havent tried it yet but was told it was better so im going to give it a shot. might hlep u out (im still very new at this and just trying to hlep lol)
Good suggestion???
