Jay Ice, I just picked up Iso Mass today. I think it looks very good as far as a weightgainer goes. The ten pound jug I got had 30 650 calorie servings which is a pretty good value. Havent tried it yet so I cant tell you how it taste. I got the chocolate milk shake flavor.

For my money I like Bioplex WPI(whey protein isolate) and waxy maize. The WPI has literlly 1 ingrediant, WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE. And the waxy maize is a good carb source. This way I know exactly what I am getting and can separate the carbs when I want just a protein drink. Also I don't like having creatine in my drink already, I like adding the exact amount exactly when I want.
