    amino acids before workout

    recently i have been feeling really weak and tired at the gym so i decided to try some amino acids and did it ever work!

    Just wondering how many people take amino acids before they workout and if theres any other supplements besides things like caffeine and ephedrine that are good to take before a workout...

    Hell yea bcaa are the bomb. Get awsome energy and your primed to pump all the goodies into your muscles. Also knows as liquid protein like syurp. I like black powder and war it recovery is awsom. - put on like 15 pnd of muscle amd felt good. War tasts like shit tho. Sum waxy maiz stuff.. I've got a natty bb bud that loves it to. - Like nano vapor too it will make u hot and crazy sum the best workouts. for me at least.
