most crucial supplements
I'm trying to put on some lean mass, as far as supplements go I was wondering if I'm missing out on anything i dont know about.
I have the following...
BCAA's
protein isolate
tribulus
creatine
O mega -3
was thinking about picking up NO2 I've heard AKG does good things...

Glutamine 15 grams per day
Whey 100 grams per day

(In order) The first thing you need is a good whey/gainer. You could buy a regular whey and add your own carbs like dex,wazy,oats or go out and buy a weight gainer. 2nd get Creatine monohydrate. 10g on workout days 5g on off days. As far as AAKG (no2) goes it all depends. Some people say they see great results, some people say it doesnt do anything. If you decide to take AAKG on workout days take 3g in the morning then 3g 1 hour before you workout, on off days 3g in the morning. Id say the first 2 are a must, the NO2 is optional

Me and sum the peeps I hang out w used black powder and war with great results. It has all the good stuff in it. It its a pre, intra, and post drink. Its kinda pricey u can find it on sale or order it online for the best deal.

Oh and also like nano vapor. Lotas of good stuff in it it will make u hot and I had insaine workous.
