    supplement advice

Hey just wondering what some good natural supplements I could take to help with muscle gains. Stough like amino acids, and fish oils what is good to take, not really concerned in anything that will just put on alot of water weight. Any advice would help thanks.

You will get a better response in the supplement section. I will see if I can get it moved for you.

Optimum nutrition serious mass is great in aiding gains.
One shake is 1200 calories, 250g carbs, 50g protein and only something like 5g fat and little sugar search for it on google or something and take a look for urself. All the best mate.

Glad to hear some feedback on a gainer shake. I may give them a try. I used to love twinlab's super gainer's fuel...they took it away.

GARBAGE. It's 100% sugar. #1 ingredient in the product is maltodextrin. Maltodextrin is metabolized at nearly the same rate as simple sugar.

Best natural supplements that do help and work are: Creatine mono, BCAAs, Fishoil, quality multi-vit, and maybe even some arginine. Add all this to quality food and you will grow. But really the quality food produces 90% of the results
