Vitamin C
I just noticed that my parents had a huge container of 1000mg pills of Vitamin C, and I have seen in a few places that high doses of Vitamin C is beneficial in many ways.
So, should I just take 5 pills (5g) in the morning or less/more and spread throughout or?

Spread them throughout the day as your body can only absorb so much vitamin C in one dose.

Thanks, but I was also asking for a dosage recommendation as well, if you have any? Like 2g per meal, or 2g breakfast, 2g pre workout...etc.

I take 3g/day. 1 at bfast, 1 at post workout and 1 at bedtime......jmo...
