    zma and weight loss

I'm currently trying to cut. I've been taking zma at night to help with deeper, more recuperating sleep, but since i started taking it i've noticed myself having a harder time losing weight. To it's credit, i'm having the deepest sleep of my life and wake in the morning feeling ready like Alexander the Great. Also, i'm staying strong in the gym.

It could be in my head, i guess, as i don't use a scale and rely on the way i feel and look in clothes to gauge my progress. Should i drop the zma?

    Thanks in advance.

ZMA has proved to be worthless unless you are taking half a bottle at a time.

And I have never heard of any fat loss benefits either way.
