    Is hoodia a stimulant? Will it cause sleeplessness?

    No and to be honest it sucks big time, don't waste your money on this, hoodia is a plant base herb that is suppose to cut appetit pffff

    it's not a stimulant. Hoodia works if you actually find a high quality source. Most sources sell trash. It should be a pure extract taken in liquid form, and held under the tongue for max absorption.
