    Need help, ON's oats and whey????

    ON's 100% natural oats and whey, have you guys ever tried this and what is your feeling on it? im trying to regain some mass i might have lost in last couple months, or am i as well off going back to just get 100% whey and adding oats?

    or if cheaper you could just add flahavans to your whey shake. thats what i do, you get used to the texture and the oats will digest slowly giving you protein aswell as carbs

    Thanks guys thats what i was thinking!! dec do u use flavans ya?
