I never liked clen , i go with oxylean its great and you don't crash after the effect is gone

Stack clen with ketotifen so you can run it indefinitely.

just run clen for now with a solid diet plan and the rest will take care of itself. Take clen first thing in the morning before cardio and if you need a burst later on in the day throw in some green tea extract of something along those lines

what is the best combo i can use to lose my weight i am about 3 stone over weight after just letting myself go and wont to get back on track asap

ECA works better for me, plus I dont like the risk of heart damage and the sides with clen . A solid diet, cardio, and ECA will give good results. I only use E-25mg,C=200mg, A 325mg/day it does me well.

do not take ephedrine and clenbuterol togeather, they are similar drugs and either one will increase tolerance to the other, i think clen , and possibly keto, will work well with diet and exercise

both will hammer on ur beta 2 receptors (clen more 'efficient' in beta 2 targeting than ECA) and wouldnt provide any advantage
