So what do you all think about this "walmart" body fortress whey protein and creatine and glutamine?

Atleast cheap beginners wise.

Its over priced crap! Its actually more expensive that a lot of high quality protein. I use Cytosports protein from Costco ~$28 for 6lb bag. Another brand that is good quality and cheap is Dymatize. They have almost everything you need supplement wise. IMO that Walmart stuff should be a crime to charge that much for such junk.

it's not bad at all, but you can definitely do better with more servings and a good price else where!
