Weight: 178 lbs.

I will be starting a creatine cycle today - 24 grams/day for 5 days, then 2.4 grams daily for another 25 days before I commence a wash out lasting a month.

I usually take dextrose or grape juice with my creatine but have never received a straight answer as to how much is necessary. I read an article from a scientist who claims that 50 grams of dextrose is needed for every 5 grams of creatine. That is a hell of a lot! and I want to stay away from such large amounts as to avoid increasing my caloric intake from carbs.

Anyone out there have answers?
