    Human use of pet vitamin b12

    How safe is the use of injectable vitamin b12 which is meant to be injected into horses? My friend used to inject regularly with no problems but just to be on the safe side i thought i would ask.

    http://www.calvetsupply.com 20$ shipped. Vet grade. 250 cc a bottle. B complex, so in addition to 1000mcg of b12, you have added b vitamins. will last you an eternity. Only as safe as a burger, i'd say.
