    glutamine and increased prolactin

Has any one ever had a increase in prolactin from taking to much l-glutamine? I had a bad experience with 20+ grams a day ontop of two whey shakes and caesin at night. Just curious if anyone else experienced anything like this.

Are you sure this is because of Glutamine and not Casein?

i dropped the casein and the glutamine at the same time so that is a possibility. I have taken casein before tho and didnt have a prob. Have you heard of casein causing sides like this before?

Increase in prolactin is much more likely to be associated with regular Casein intake than that of Glutamine FYI.
