Kre akalyn buy it from discount supplements one before workout 1 after you can get a bottle for 15 bones it will last you a few months. Dont have to load do not bloat do not have to come off i use it on cycle and off.

never been able to tell a difference between any of the variations of creatine molecules, so monohydrate to me is the best bang for the buck

have you used both? I have worked with two coaches so far in the last 18 months and both told me kre akalyn over mono. Kre akalyn is not as expensive as it once was. 15 bucks for 60 days worth is pretty cheap. I have used both and i feel a million times better on kre akalyn...just because of the amount of water i hold on mono. I cannot say i noticed one being more effective then the other when it comes to strength. but i get a moon face on mono ha, i dont even bloat like that on test.
