ALA and a Low Carb (Not Keto) Diet
How good (or bad) an idea is taking ALA (300 g/day) on a low carb diet? When I say low carb, I mean under 200 grams a day and, of that, it's all coming from fruits, vegetables and rice.
Will this leave me feeling wasted?

I really dont know about the ala but I would say as long as you stay within the 130-200 range of carbs you wont feel wasted or at least thats how I was. Are you going to use and eca stack, that will make you feel a little better too.

ala is good on a low carb diet, just be careful some people say they have gone hypo (like when you take too much slin) on it, when doing low carbs. I have taken it on days I only get about 80g of carbs (50 from fiber and non impact) and I have felt very weak and shitty. But at 200g of carbs per day I think ala would be great. I am using it right now and I am loving it. get r-ala it is much better.

Do they sell r-ALA at All Sports Nutrition? I can't seem to find it on their site (maybe I'm just blind or an idiot).
