Just the necessities. Anything is helpful thanks in advance.

Don't waste your money there is so much out there get the basics and ignore all the flashy media advertisements. All you need is :

    (1) A good multivitamin (Orange Triad, Liquid multivitamins, AnimalPak, Quest, Opti-Men, etc)
    (2) Creatine Monohydrate
    (3) Protein Powder

If you are prone to crave sugar I personally also enjoy BCCA's from Scivation Xtend because it tastes like juice to me and I find it curbs my sugar cravings.

Mate, for every supplement there will be people who swear by it and people who curse it. The only two universal supplements that anyone can agree on is a good multivitamin and protein powder - there is so much controversy on everything else. Regardless of what you take, your diet is going to determine everything about how your body changes - for better or worse. Before spending your money I would strongly encourage you to post your diet in the diet section.

Eat every 3 hours hungry or not, your body will adjust. Learn your macro's. Figure out how much protein, carbs, fat and calories you need every day to sustain your lifestyle. The members in the diet section are simply amazing. Do some searching on your own first in that section and then ask for help on things your not sure of.
