    Best pre workout (N/O supplement)

    Wots ur fave pre workout?

    I really like cellulor c4, i picked up 2 tubs off ebay 4 cheap so thought id try it n really enjoyed it.
    Also cant beat the good old nox pump, tastes lyk sh1t but really gets u buzzin.

    Lookin at tryin summat else now, maybe hemo rage but thought id see if ther wer any reccomendations on ere, so any1 tried a pre workout that blew ur mind?

    i swear i see this question asked 3 times a week lol. caffeine and aminos.ON amino energy is my fav. none of that glorified bs

    I usually have a apple or some juice (for a small insulin spike) for my pre workout.

    After my pwo shake and about 30 mins before my workout ill drink 1-2 cups of black coffee. Works great for me and saves tons of cash

    Same with me too here brother. I prefer strong coffee on the way to the gym. Some of these pre workouts get me to stimulated
    and then I crash hard at the end of the day.

    Interesting, someone else who does that.

    I've found my favourite to be any of those geranium/caffeine mixes and an apple.

    I've used Superpump250, but it is a bit harsh on the gut. Gotta make sure your 'business' is in order before you get to the gym

    What are your guy's take on carbs pre workout? High gly***ic or low? I'm afraid if i take high gly***ic preworkout I'll burnout too quickly
