Sorry if this has been asked before. I searched for a while with no luck so I figured id just ask.

Just wondering what time was the best to take supps? I work 3rd shift and work out before work which is usually about 5 hrs after I wake up (dont know if that matters). But I was just wondering if there was an optimal time (right away when I wake up, before workout, after, before bed, etc.)

Right now besides my whey, I have Magnesium, Zinc, D3, Fish Oil, Super B Complex. Is there anything else that I should definitely be taking? Do I take them all at once or is it best to be spread out throughout the day.

Also, when on cycle, does anyone use Milk Thistle? Ive heard some people that do, but havent seen it mentioned on this forum at all.
