In my opinion there is no such thing as a good test booster that will show gains.
However Creatine will show real gains in most individuals, it just has nothing to do with raising test scores.

So I should just buy creatine monohydrate then? Or is there any better ones?

Creatine Mono and Hustler is your best option.

3g D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) and 250mg nettle root extract will bring up your natural test levels. I would use this and some creatine mono.

i think you mean bring it up to your regular amount, don't you? I've never ran across a test booster that works in the long term. As your test levels increase, your body will sense it and slowly cut production bringing you back to baseline.
When my son asked me the same thing for highschool football, i introduced him to creatine mono. he said he noticed the difference.

ethere is an article out there called the feminization of america. you can google it.
much of the lower test rates i think you are referring is partly due to the types of plastics our foods come in contact with. certain plastics give off a chemical that inhibits the release of testosterone.

Have you tried this combo? DAA is proven to increase natty test levels...to what extent, well I guess that is case dependant. You're right your body is extremely smart and at all times want homeostasis but if you cycle the DAA w/ nettle root then you can sort of trick the body into producing a slight increase in test levels temporarily. I recommend running the DAA + nettle for 3 weeks on 2 off (to avoid shutdown and tolerance). You and your son should really give this combo a try before you knock it!

Aint no thing man, you'll just waist your money just do a lot of leg presses and squats to release your natural test from your legs I'm 18 and gaining muscle, go to the nutritional forum and get a good nutrition, guys are smart on there, best way to gain good muscle from food and workout.

Ok ppl fun question
I've read lifting everyday but different muscle groups is good because it'll deplete ur test levels so much ur body will start naturally always making more
And lifting everyday even if different muscle groups Is bad because it keeps high amount of cortisol level in jr body
Which way is better?

Lifting raises overall test levels, this is especially true for lower body workouts.
Cortisol is controlled through nutrition and quality rest, it is not a hormone that your body releases constantly, which is why it is irrelevant to assume that lifting ED will lead to excessive cortisol levels in your body.

Not my personal experience but Activate Xtreme (test booster) and Triazole (AI) have good reviews online with blood results.
Google 'activate xtreme bloodwork' or 'triazole bloodwork'.

Ok soo testosterone boosters don't work while on ph
What about D-aspartic acid would that stimulate production ???
What about a free testosterone booster would that work while being on a ph ??? So u can get more free testosterone from the ph circulating around in ur body ?
