Myofusion or ON 100% whey Gs?
Well title says it all, I'm in need of a new whey/protein powder n heard lots of talk bout these two? Any suggestions/ reccomendations or commentson flavors?

Personally I only ever use a blend nowadays. My brand has 33/33/33 whey/egg/casein. Not sure Myofusion says what it's breakdown is!

I'm saying a blend is better. Alternatively buy whey and casein or just stick to solid foods. The brand I use is Reflex but I suspect that's only of interest if you are in the UK!

yeah thats what i was thinking, im an australian lifter (born and raised in south africa), so i might just get ON 100% whey GS and the ON Casein for night time before bed use (as recommended on the product)

You should have a solid diet plan. If you need extra cals with your pro shake add some powdered oats.

yeah i have a pretty solid diet, i was in the hospital for 19 days, got out of hospital last week dropped down from 75kg to 60-65k still fluctuates thought. was something to do with i didnt have the right amount of platlets in my system. but yeah im feeling better now and eager to lift again

alright just got back from the supp store with ON Pro Complex, decided not to get a gainer because I get enough cal's from my diet and meals, i also got a creatine, probs will start loading tomoro
