Bioavailability and number/dosing of nutrients are not the same thing.
I can only speak from personal experience regarding this subject.
GNC Mega Men Sport has treated me very well over the years, always purchased it on a major discount and stocked it. It is loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants as well as some aminos.
Gaspari Nutrition ''Anavite'' is possibly the best multi in the market concerning the content. It is overloaded with everything you can possibly think of. Not cheap, as you may expect.
FYI, most people here tend to stick with generic supermarket brands of multi vitamins, assuming that they work equally well.

I did some research on this a few weeks ago and came across an artical and I can not remember if it was on this site or not but they do studies on multis and there was a list of the top vit. I will have to find it but I went with Source Naturals Life Force and I really can't say if it has done much since I have only taken them for a week but, I was coming down with a cough and nose thing last week and after about 2 days of takin the vit the cough and that feeling of about to get sick went a way.
Don't flush the toliet at the office and listen for people to walk in and go "Why is the water neon yellow?" Cracks me up everytime.

For price n content I use
'super multi vitamins.'
Matrix whey
Amino acids( apple flavour)
natv2( more placebo) lol.
Creatine
But I also eat atleast 5 multi meals I pre make in lots of ten. The meals them selves contain quite literally every single vitamin n mineral my body needs. I work with a fifty fifty split of protein n 'good' carbs. I won't bother going into it. Lol.

I've been taking the One A Day VitaCraves (gummies lol) for a year. I'm thinking of switching to Nature Made because they are USP verified. Any thoughts on these?
