Today I started Source Natural L-Citrulline powder.It has 2.25 of L-Citrulline NOT Citrulline Malate per teaspoon.

I took it 45 min before training and didn't really notice anything. Maybe the pump was a little more intense. I really couldn't judge.
Is this the sort of supplement that takes time to build up? From what I read it should have been noticeable from the first dose.
Vascularity seemed about the same as well.

Also...
Should this ALSO be consumer POST workout and NON training days ?
Suggestions?
