    question about amino acids..

    i was reading on scivation xtend, and it how prevents tryptophan from entering the brain to prevent fatigue during workouts, so wouldnt this affect sleep as well?

    Just between you and I, i don't believe ANY of that marketing hype from these companies. Just stick with the basics and you will be good to go

    train
    eat properly
    rest
    minimal supplements

    If it REALLY does prevent tryptophan from entering the brain then it could be possible for it to interfer with sleep.
