The Half Life of Ephedrine HCL??

I searched all over but cant find the half life of Ephedrine HCL or even Ephedra??? Ive been on clen /t-3/GW-501516 & even when i take the clen at 9am, im still very suseptible to insomnia from it since i have massive insomnia to begin with. I can hack some fat burners if i take em early enough, (Alpha-T2 & OxyElite Pro), but ive noticed that i can pop caffeine tabs thru out the day & take my last one round 5-6hrs before bed & have no issues so ofcourse im thinkin of just doin the ECA stack with some keto at nightime.

So does anyone know Ephedrine HCL's half life?? If it matters to the thread, i have rapid release Kaizen 8mg tablets.

Nevermind, i found my answer & its rather short at 4-5 hrs & is the same as caffeine so the ECA stack is perfect for me!
