Hey guys an gals! Just wanted some feedback on this supplement. I was recommended this product because it's supposed to be an awesome pre and post workout drink. It is supposed to bind to protein and carry it to the muscles faster and more effectively. Id like to hear that it's a good product, but I tend to lean towards "it's junk like the rest of them"

Supposedly it's a good new product that doesn't use dextrose or maltodextrine (sp?) but raises insulin levels and glycogens...??...!!

I'm pretty new, so don't slam to hard when responding. I admit I know little about this topic!!
