    Trouble losing weight!

Hey fellas. I have a female family member who is overweight...275 lbs 5'7 50 yrs. She is currently using nutrisystem and exercising occassionally. She has been overweight for as long as I've been alive (21 yrs) and I'm trying to help her as best I can. Any suggestions for weight loss supplements? I know there are hardcore sups likes cyt/clen and I'm wondering which, if done correctly, is the safest for an overweight middle-age female.

there is the problem right there. Only exercising occasionally. Needs to do cardio for at least 3-5 times a week. Needs to get that in order before starting any fat burners. There is no magic pill that will replace a good diet and cardio/ lifting weights.

Nothing replaces hard work, u can take everything in the world, if you're not willing to get off your arse exercise and eat right nothing will change....I don't understand with fat people. It's not fkn rocket science calories in calories out. Obviously there are some medical issues that people can't help. But if she wants it she can do it if she doesn't she won't. Why do fat lazy people want an easy way, there is a reason fit people eat well and train hard, if they didn't they would also be fat...they work hard for it!! It's hard to motivate someone they have to want to do it for them selfs, and not give into temptation and cravings, comes down to what you want more.

She could lose a good amount just from eliminating carbs for a while and going into ketosis mode. Atkins, precisely. Maybe when she sees 20 lbs come off quickly she will be motivated to increase the frequency of exercise. And it wouldn't be a bad idea to take her to the gym with you, that way she gets on a schedule. Best of luck. It's quite rare for folks to reach goals that arent written down and planned out.

I have been taking her with me. It sucks when someone is less motivated than you are about getting THEM healthy, but what more can I do. She has been exercising 3-4 times a day. So she isn't sitting on the couch hoping she will lose weight. So no one thinks that with a better exercise program and a good diet a low dose of clen won't help? Say she takes it for 2 weeks and sees even more weight lost, perhaps she will be satisfied to discontinue the use and will have enough motivation to continue exercising.

no. Clen is not a good idea when you're quite overweight. Even without any enhancers, overweight people should watch their intensity levels. Fix the diet 1st, and simple easy cardio 4 times per week and the weight will drop. She has to understand that this will take months and months. A good goal naturally is to lose 1 to 1.5 lbs per week.
