i think this is close to good?

    9am - meal 1 - bagel w/ cream cheese

    10am - protein shake

12am - meal 2 - brown rice about half a cup, some chicken and a protein shake

    2pm - another protein shake

4pm - gym than protein shake after

    6pm - meal 4

can someone give me some advise on this, this is pretty close to my daily eating cycle. i am trying to strictly cut, although i still manage to get in a hard work out i want to strictly loose fat. also keep in mind i am in high school so i cant be just getting meals all the time, that why i have so many shakes. talk to me peeps.

    -thanks

Too many protein shakes not enough food. Protein shakes are crap for the most part.

No mention of total calories or macros.
