MiO Energy Shot. Anyone?

Anyone try these things? I keep seeing commercials on them and was wondering how they tasted, best flavor, and most important, if in fact they are a safe alternative to drinking a sugar and chemical filled energy drink? Do they work?

Not a fan of energy drinks. this one is fairly benign, and really not sure where the "energy" comes from. it contains:

Malic Acid
Propylene Glycol
Citric Acid

various sweeteners and dyes.

not sure how safe the sweeteners/dyes are, you can look that up for yourself.

But let me tell you, there is NOTHING here that can make the claim of an energy drink.

99.9% OF these energy drinks are a complete waste and a joke. Often more harm than any good,,,too much sugar and caffeine.

All the things in energy drinks can be taken as supplements. Taurine for example is great. And taking them in pill/powder form your not getting the energy crashing sugars.

So true. Although I don't buy into the conspiracies of people being controlled by anything there is something to be said about marketing.
