Started using this 2 days ago, 2 days in a row now, it has been knocking me out pretty hard. I'm usually up and out of bed rather early, when using this I can't get out of bed for a further few hours, and leaves me feeling groggy as Fk..

Anyone else had any experience with this stuff, considering dropping the dose down to half a scoop, the first night my mrs said I was snoring which I never do and then apparently last night I was laughing in my sleep... Strange stuff

Had 3/4 scoop last night, had a good sleep and was up at my normal time again, so will continue with that for now..it does specify to work your way up to a full scoop starting at half the first night..I should probably have listened..

Day 4 I think now...stuck to a scoop each night. Great sleeps, feel very rested.. And that really groggy feeling upon waking has subsided..

Tub recommends 5 on 2 off so will continue this protocol.. Currently in pct so am happy for any small help along the way at the moment.. Every bit helps..

Never mind, didn't realize it was a Coleman product lol. That's why my normal site didn't have it
