Used all my supplements up and am going to start fresh, need a solid base. + diet
I will obviously need some protein mix
Vitamins
Bcaa's
This new creatine from GNC where u need less water with
And what should my diet consist of I eat alot of fish chicken rice potatoes and water
I try to eat about 25g of protein each meal because I am 5'10 185lbs
I eat at least every 4 hrs usually less if I can but I will consume protein every 4 hrs
Help and advice will be appreciated
