    Vitapril Multi-Vitamin, any reviews?

    I was looking to get good multi vitamin not that crap from GNC. This Vitapril has great reviews online any thoughts?

    Just another multi. Some weak doses in that supplemental label.

    Of the vitamins listed that I use, multiply that by 12 to 20, that's what I use daily.

    For example... D3 dosed at 400iu - I run 5000 daily.

    I never understand when People give reviews on multis lol but what ever. Opti men is a good multi and its relatively cheap.

    Are you really gonna notice a huge difference in anything other than the color of your pee? I never have but I wasnt hugely vitamin deficient before taking them so maybe that's why.
