    How to flush?

    Catchy title huh, I was wondering if anyone flushes their system or a body cleanse. What is good to use? Or just do a fast? I'm not talking about aas, I just mean to get all the toxins out of my body.

    After the toxins come out I just press the little silver handle and watch it disappear!

    I think you're confusing NAC's 'cleansing' properties with flushing out the colon, which it cannot do. But it sure can clean just about everything else.
