    Morning or night

I have a pretty large group if supps I take simply for general health. I.E. fish and flax oil. probiotic multi and b12 to name a few.

I take these right before bed with the thought process being that's when my body will make most use of them as that is when the body does a lot of its repairing.

Am I wrong here? Should I take them after waking up?

Probiotics should be taken either right before or right after eating a meal. It can only be taken in between meals.

I don't ever see myself taking vitamin B12 before going to sleep, it gives me way too much energy!

I'll try ditching the b12 before bed.
