can a man take opti-women multivitamins?
Strange question I know but my Wife is expecting in less than a month. I have always had hundreds of dollars of supplements I took everyday. I will have to limit that now. However, I am out of my multi's, but my Wife has 1 bottle half full and another one never even opened of the opti-women. I also know that the OTC vitamins aren't so great.
Just wondering if there is any reason I shouldn't take them?

Go for it!

Opti-men contains tribulus, id say the woman one contains a female equivalent to aid in female hormones, personally I wouldn't touch it, compare the ingredients and decide for yourself.

ah hell... sorry for the long list, I didn't know it would space them out so far
-
Just checked on google images, turns out it does not contain tribulus from what I can see, that is my herbs of gold ones, however it does contain many things specific to men, and I'd think you'd find the female is rather gender specific also.. Opti-men/woman being the give away.
I'd stick to one formulated for men personally, no point taking it for the sake of it, leave it for her. The dosing in most multis I've seen is quite pathetic really.

ummm, i'd say by most peoples standards, yes they are... maybe the size of a fish oil capsule. I'm used to it, so it's not a big deal to me.

Women's multi vitamins normally contain a good amount of Iron as women are usually deficient. Men's multi vitamins normally omit Iron as we're not deficient. That being said I doubt the extra iron will effect you in a negative manner but I wouldn't make a practice out of using women's multi's...hell you might grow titts! lol jk
Edit: just saw your post boxingfan30...we're on the same page
