Fat Burner supplements, what do you take/suggest?
I personally go for:
Acetil L carnitine and NAC
What do you go for and what brand?

Nutrition. Results are more permanent if you eat correctly. I've tried thermogenics and stims. Cost benefit unfavorable relative to what you can achieve with nutrition IMHO.

MuscleInk you are right, dieting it's always the first thing to consider. however, I am in maintenance right now and I just like to slightly reduce my fat.

I don't see anything wrong with trying to get an edge so as long as it is not doing any harm. I don't foresee using austinites protocol once I acheive my bf% goal. I'm just trying to get there a little quicker if possible. My diet has improved immensely over the last two months and has no doubt been a key to my weight loss and bf reduction success thus far.
