    Creatine, fatigue, shortness of breath

My fatigue, and shortness of breath seem to be related to creatine. Anyone else have trouble tolerating creatine?

When are you having shortness of breadth and fatigue?

I train in the morning for the army and again at night for myself and that's on top of the work day and I seem fine, not overly fatigued and i'm also using creatine

You shoudnt be having those sides at all. How much are you using?
You have normal kidney function or underlying health issues?

Any change in diet or training? Drinking enough water? If I were you I'd stop with the creatine for now, and get blood work done. Your kidneys may not be fully functioning, increased creatine concentration in kidney tubules may be disrupting the clearance of toxins, which may be causing your symptoms.

    Google symptoms of kidney failure.

It sounds like some type of allergic reaction which is rare with creatine but it can happen. Was it pure creatine or some kind of mixture? Also, if that creatine was made in a facility that also produces products with different allergens, that could also play a factor.

Creatine makes me bloated, but that's about it. For that reason, I don't use it anymore.
