Will make you walk around with wood all day.

Will also help you for when you need to lift weights on your penis, take one , tie the weights on , tense , then release ( repeat process 5x5 )

    ^ Silly answer.

Cialis will help increase nitric oxide levels and helps to lower blood pressure.

Read the segment titled "What can Cialis do for me"...

Does it really help in the gym? Any science numbers behind it or purely anecdotal stuff from how you guys feel?

    Thanks

Well, the very reason anyone takes 'pre workouuts" is to increase NO levels. Cialis does that, but with a million other benefits.

At 5mg it can help with BPH and even ED.
You may notice an increased pump in the gym too.
