    DIM vs. Indole -3- Carbinol

    Looking to lower my Estradiol level naturally.

    Which is better to take DIM or Indole-3-Carbinol? Or are they both the same?

    I allready take 3mg of Boron daily.

    DIM is the indole 3 carbinol most specifically responsible for e2 lowering properties so I would recommend that over i3c.

    I have been doing some research on DIM. While I have found reviews interesting I have found
    nothing proven yet either. Most definitely interesting though.
