I like having it on the shelf...it's cheap enough to consider it worthwhile.

Same here. If nothing else, just on the chance it may help to lower BP. The increase in pump is a nice side benefit.

113 grams for 18$, i was reading alot of people saying how you gotta take in 6-8g a day to see the benefits. Which would be 36$ at 6g/daily for a months worth, i also pay in Canadian dollars so that would be more like 40$ for me. I guess it's not bad, but alot more expensive than creatine mono 25$ for 200 days worth and beta alanine 25$ for 4 months.

you're better off using Agmatine. It can be found fairly cheap and 1-2g a day is all you really need. Nitric oxide, GDA, general health benefits... It's a staple for me

    I recently purchased from BulkSupplements Pure L-Citrulline DL-Malate 2:1 Powder (500 grams) $36.00, $.07/gram.

The tastes is very bitter even when mixed with flavored protein powder. I added a little stevia to my drink and that helped.

I read that Citrulline turns into Arganine, so I guess it's your choice of which one you want to take.

I take it with Creatine and Protein Powder as my pre-workout drink. I only take it on work-out days. Do you see any added benefit to taking it on non-workout days?

I started using Cia for BP and pump ( my BP is ok, just slightly up, but figured why not try it out) and I found it to help pump at gym also. arginine I did not notice anything. but if you don't have enough in diet maybe adding it would help. it is cheap enough to try at least ; )
