Thanks Marsoc!

With all the BS additives I'd stick with a high protein diet for as long as you van with him being that young. Powder protein raises my chlorestorol.

Either get myprotein impact whey comma or muscle feast 100% whey
Myprotein.com
Muscle feast.com
They both have unflavored versions as well as Stevia flavored versions you don't want to be giving your kid all those artificial sweeteners ruining his brain cells

I use Pro JYm or ON pro both really good ON has better flavor than the JYM but i like the different sources of proteins in the JYM and the flavor isn't bad at all either

Rich, about 3x a week, my protein has a 30% off sale
Or some other discount
Also on lab door they score higher than ON by a good margin.
I used to rock ON, and dymatize iso100.
I found muscle feast (better imho) andcgotva huge VIP standing discount because I got my gym (not pf,but my real gym) to switch to stocking muscle feast products private labeled for the gym.
Plus I been using muscle feast from day one since the company started.
I love their products, but mypro, is just as good too.
Check out this pre workout and intra workout blend (I mix a half scoop of intra with the pre, and another half scoop of intra with post shake, I don't drink it during)
Pre workout "pumped raw" (also have caffeine free version)
Intra workout "anabolic competition"

How does it mix? I usually mix with one of those little premiere proteins from costco and a little water to fill the shaker. Their isolate looks good, protein is 22g which a bit lower than others but not by much and it seems like quality protein so thats more important

If u want the best for your son, teach him how to eat. If he eats rigth he wont even need whey. If his serious, he could benefit from bcaas during workouts and in the morning.
Proteinpowders are dogshit compared to the real thing, but better than nothing.
Im surprised that so many members answers the way they do on this thread. Why do u think all the pros never use proteinpowders outside the commercials?Last edited by AR's King Silabolin; 04-05-2017 at 07:14 PM.

Food. If I can't cook a meal then I do liquid food. 1 cup of pastuerized egg whites, 3 tbsp of peanut butter. 1 serving of steel cut oats, 1 cup of soy milk or fairlife. I like the soy to balance out animal to plant protein, a squirt of Hersey chocolate syrup.
With this I know what goes in my body. It's not some denatured whey protein which is a byproduct of yogurt manufacturing. Granted the liquid egg whites are denatured I guess from the pasteurization process. The do have grass fed protein out there that is good quality. I've just been burned over the years buying proteins. Whatever you decide you want something that has a protein content of 70%, look at the scoop size and divide it into the grams of protein. The higher the better means less fillers

With younger kids, I wish I knew then what I know now. I ate like crap until about 23. Teach him to feed his muscles with real food.

i use canadaprotien or truenutrition protein (a blend of 75%+ iso-rice protein, soy and pea or potato *sometimes, or just rice protein)
used to use iso-whey and rice blend.
just dont buy ones with fake flavors, colors or a bunch of bs hype and/or additives. keep it simple IMO
