    Help with my personal "good mood" vitamin profil

    Hi guys, maybe some1 can help me. Training 4x a week including nutrition plan (not dieting), but NO roid user. but smoker
    Feel quite often tired and empty of power.
    Wanted to inform myself here which vit/min i could take to increase my general mood and general health.

    At the moment I supp:

    Vit D3 2000 IU every day
    Vit C 500 mg always before Train


    I am not sure of Vit D3, heard you should combinate it with Vit K once a week or so?
    Further I was thinking of supplementing Magnesium, Zinc, Coq10.

    Would be thankfull if someone can tell me amount of above listed vit/min i should take when. Suitable for my requires - non roid user,..
    Any important ones missing?
