Protein and carbs are the two keys to a good post-workout meal.
In my case i take a shake made by 300ML of Whole milk & 2 Bananas. Bananas are high in the “good” kinds of carbs you need after a workout. These fast-acting carbs will help restore your body’s levels of glycogen, which helps rebuild damaged muscles. And they provide lots of wonderful potassium (Im always looking for potassium since i get cramps everywhere )

Beet root juice is an awesome source of potassium, I drink it pre workout . And milk , especially whole milk is terrible for men . I would switch to almond or cashu milk .

I drink 5gallon a week on cycle. How is it bad for men?
    And...
Where the hell is the tits on an almond or cashew?

    Milk and nandrolone = superbones.

I banged my shin the other day and broke the reciever hitch off my truck.
