    Question Where is the proof

    Are there any real non-bias studies on supplements? I say stick with what works good diet real food nutrition. I have not found a supplement that is worth the ****. Well maybe Creatine if you want to ****. Don’t waste your money.

    No. There aren't really any non biased studies. This is because supplements aren't regulated by the FDA. They don't have to go through or pass any tests before being put out on the market. You may be able to find a few non biased studies done by universities, but that would be pretty much it.
