    Protein powder out of date

    Got some Designer protein from a friend but its experation date was almost a year ago. Would it be allright to consume?? Probably not but I hate to see protein go to waste.

    It probably might not make you sick, but also might not be as effective, as some of it might have been denatured.

    I got some expired protein powder once for real cheap and needless to say it tasted like a$$.
